Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email with your order details immediately after purchase. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a second email with your tracking number.

Order Tracking

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, please first check with neighbors and your local post office. If the package cannot be located, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
