To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
All items are eligible for return. We do not carry final-sale items — every product in our store can be returned within the 30-day window.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide prepaid return labels. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit on their way back to us.
We do not charge any restocking fees. You will receive a full refund for the item price.
Refunds cover the product price only. Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer care team within 30 days of receiving your order:
Please include your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
Once your return is approved, our team will provide you with the return address and instructions via email.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at hello@ceciliadream.com with photos of the item and your order number. In these cases, we will cover the return shipping cost and send a replacement or issue a full refund at no charge to you.
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order separately.
